Tip: Don’t use the Skype app that comes with Windows but download it from the Skype website instead. This is a VERY useful tool for a Virtual Assistant!

If you’ve never used Skype then go and open an account now because you’ll be a poor VA without it. A really easy way to do this is to use the free screen-sharing facility on Skype.
